  • Suggestions – Share ideas about how we might improve, expand, or adapt our services.
  • Concerns or Complaints – If something has not met your expectations, we want to hear about it so that we can respond and learn.

What Happens Next

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your feedback within 5 working days.
  • Compliments and suggestions will be shared with our team and Board.
  • Concerns or complaints will be reviewed under our Feedback & Complaints Policy to ensure a fair, timely response.

Where appropriate, we will update you on actions taken as a result of your feedback.
