Anam Cara has two groups in the following locations in Connaught, Galway City and Castlebar in Co Mayo. They hold monthly parent evenings on a designated day each month between September and June each year.

Anam Cara supports all bereaved parents regardless of the age of their child who died, or the circumstances of their death.

Anam Cara Mayo currently runs Information evenings in the Family Centre Castlebar, Co Mayo.  All bereaved parents are welcome. There is a lending library available at the group and other resources/information about other services available in the Galway and Mayo area.
