Anam Cara 2015 Balloon To Remember

Anam Cara's Annual National Balloon Release Launched its 'Month to Remember' campaign for Bereaved Parents and Siblings

Pictured was Aimee Mc Mahon from Killenaude, Co. Tipperrary, at the Hudson Bay Hotel, Athlone Co. Westmeath where 75 families gathered to launch Anam Cara's 'Month to Remember' campaign with the release of thousands of balloons, each one dedicated to the memory of a son or daughter who died. 
All Soul's Day, the day when traditionally remember loved ones who have passed away, this very special event is for all families who have experienced the death of a precious son or daughter. No in its 7th year, the event has seen approximately a 15% increase each year since the first balloon release in 2008.
